A Zyto Scan is a type of biofeedback that helps to identify stressors/imbalances within the body. It uses a device called the Zyto Hand Cradle , which is an FDA approved 2nd class medical tool, which sends electrical impulses to the body and measures galvanic skin response (GSR). Based on the GSR readings, the device generates a personalized report that suggests potential health issues and then suggests wellness protocols, supplements, therapies, or other interventions to address them.
The Initial Zyto Scan is designed for new clients who require a baseline scan to kickstart their healing journey. This comprehensive assessment typically takes 2 hours and can complement various modalities such as massage, essential oil therapy, reiki healing, and sound therapy.
The Check In Scan is designed for prior clients to monitor their progress throughout their healing journey. It is recommended as a follow-up once a protocol has been established. Many clients schedule a Check In Scan to make sure their vitamin, food, and supplement choices are still benefiting them. Check in Scans are suggested 1x/ month or 4x/ year depending on your needs.
Kundalini Reiki is a form of energy healing where a practitioner channels universal life energy to help activate and balance the body's natural energy flow. The practice focuses on awakening the Kundalini energy at the base of the spine and allowing it to rise through the body's energy centers to support healing, relaxation, and spiritual awareness.
Massage therapy is a hands-on practice that uses various techniques to manipulate the soft tissues of the body. It promotes relaxation, reduces muscle tension, and supports overall well-being. By enhancing circulation and easing pain, it can help reduce stress, improve flexibility, and support the body's natural healing processes.
A therapeutic technique that targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Using firm pressure and slow strokes, it helps release chronic tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility. This method is especially beneficial for individuals with persistent muscle tightness or recovering from injuries.
Swedish massage is a gentle, relaxing for of bodywork that uses long, flowing strokes. It promotes relaxation, improves circulation, and eases muscle tension, making it ideal for overall stress relief and well-being.
A specialized technique that targets the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles. Using sustained, gentle pressure, it helps release physical tension, improve range of motion, and restore balance. Alongside these physical benefits, it can also facilitate somatic release-helping to unlock stored emotional patterns and deepen mind-body awareness.
PNF "Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation" Stretching is an advanced technique that combines passive stretching with muscle contractions. It is used therapeutically to enhance flexibility, improve range of motion, and increase muscle strength. It is especially beneficial for elderly clients and athletes, as it helps maintain joint mobility, reduce stiffness, and support safer, more effective rehabilitation and performance.
Sound bowl therapy massage uses the rich, resonant tones of Tibetan singing bowls to promote deep relaxation and balance in the body. These vibrations not only calm the nervous system but also support somatic release-helping to unlock stored tension, trauma, and emotions. This therapeutic process can foster a sense of safety, ease and holistic healing across both mind and body.
Can be combined with all other therapies.
A deeply rejuvenating and holistic healing session! The blend of Reiki, Sound Therapy, and Essential Oils offers a powerful synergy-balancing energy, promoting relaxation and supporting the immune system. Reiki channels universal energy to restore balance and well-being. Sound Therapy uses vibrational frequencies to calm the nervous system and enhance healing. Essential Oils & Gentle Massage targets the spine, a key energy hub for deep relaxation and immune support.
